Sheet Data

Export the sheet to a variety of formats including XLS, XLSX, DOC, CVS, XML, a plain grid, and to share on social media sites.

OUTPUT AS XLS
After clicking on the button, a screen will appear with options to save the file or open the file. To open the file, you must choose a helper application.

CREATE DOC APP
After clicking on the button, a screen will appear. The left half of the screen will contain a notepad for the doc app's code. Directly above the notepad are several buttons to help you create the doc app: Run Script, Save Script, Sheetser API docs, Protype.js API docs, and PWC docs. The right half of the screen will show the spreadsheet. You may still add new data to the spreadsheet in this screen.

OUTPUT AS XML
After clicking on the button, a screen will appear showing the spreadsheet's data in XML format. The screen will include buttons for copying the code to the clipboard or opening the XML file in a new window.

OUTPUT AS CVS
After clicking on the button, a screen will appear showing the spreadsheet's data in CVS format. The screen will include buttons for copying the code to the clipboard or opening the file in a new window.

VIEW AS A GRID
After clicking on the button, your spreadsheet will appear in a new screen, with the options of copying the code to the clipboard or opening the spreadsheet in a new window. If you open the spreadsheet in a new window, the spreadsheet with be presented without the function tabs and icons at the top of your screen.

SHARE DOCS WITH YOUR SOCIAL NETWORKS
The social button, shown as a blue ribbon, allows you to share docs using a variety of social media sites, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, del.icio.us, Digg.com, Spurl.net, Simpy.com, and Blinklist.

DOWNLOAD
The Download button allows you to download an Excel 2007/2010 Spreadsheet, Excel Binary Spreadsheet, ExtenXLS XML Doc, PDF Beta, Archive All Spreadsheets(.zip), or XSLT Transform.
